Why We Created CRUX Games
After years of supporting a wide range of firms with online compliance training for all employees, we recognised our approach could help compliance teams with face to face training.
The problem? Too much in-person compliance training relied on PowerPoint presentations, lectures formats or story telling that struggle to engage modern learners and create lasting behavioral change.
We asked ourselves: What if we could bring the engagement and interactivity of games to compliance training? What if we could create tools that made facilitators' jobs easier while making learning more effective?
That's how CRUX Games was born. We combined our deep compliance expertise with game design principles to create card games that:
